At 425 Park Avenue, 16 floors, including a three-story diagrid floor and corresponding mezzanine, as well as the penthouse office floor. This was a complex assignment that required RizzoGroup to be involved from the start of lease negotiations to the end date of construction. We reviewed the development, building code and life safety drawings and provided code research, and coordinated the submissions and approvals with the NYC Dept. of Buildings and other city agencies including FDNY.
